Hi everyone,

If you are an artist and are looking to promote your songs or album then "teaser" tracks can be a great way of grabbing the audience's attention without giving too much away.  The point of a teaser track is to draw in the listener, entice them, and then leave them wanting more so they visit your album on ITunes or on your website.  Teaser tracks can be a combination of audio and video and should be about a minute long, showcasing perhaps the catchiest parts of your song.  Also you can create a teaser track for every song in your album, increasing your reach to the audience.  An example of teaser tracks can be found at the following links, these are relevant to the point and subject matter, discussed and not blindly self promoting  :).

Please care to offer your thoughts or other effective marketing tips?

Thanks.

I think all these 'tips' not always work. You can't build your career by the book. I'm for imagination and personal approach. Me and my band were so short on money we had to go through all the weird ways of earning, sites like casinobonuspromotions.co.uk etc.
