Just the way you are
We'll be standing soul to soul
My love's never far
I will hear you call
You'll never be inconsolable

NIKLAS"NiCkY"

If you can dream it, you can be it.

Now we just need to know who produced the Leona version.
And I liked it..

According to youtube the song is written by Magnuss, Kreuger, Page and Simon Cowell

So has he done some final touches on it, it's weird, I haven't seen him credited for songs before.

And I liked it..

I prefer the avril version of "i will be".
Same here. I can't quite say why, it's just a matter of taste.
I think the song and Avril's voice match better.

On songs like "Footprint" Leona is invincible though.
And I liked it..

I really love both versions of the song. Avril's is more raw and Leona's is more soulful. I think the song is definitely an Avril song though, but I love the way Leona sings it, especially some of the notes near the end. Leona's album was out today, do we have credits for this song yet? Haven't managed to get to the shop for my copy yet but I can't wait to see what Max's involvement has been. To be fair though I doubt there is much on it as none of the songs sound like Max's typical sound.

All songwriting credits for the album are here :)

But I am not sure if Max also produced "I will be".

Would be nice if someone from the UK could look it up!
And I liked it..

It says Produced by Dr Luke on the credits of the album....

Thanks.
"Bleeding love" still sells incredibly well.

I wonder which will be the next single.

Anything else than a Cheiron song would be a wrong decision.
And I liked it..

I like Leonas version better then Avril´s......

Agreeing with most of the comments on YouTube, I have to say I like Avril's version way better.

Leona is just trying so hard and puts so much effort in this song, tries to make the track sound so "heavy", which it is actually not!
The easy, light way Avril performs it just fits the song perfectly.

Leona is trying to hard to be a pro...  :-\

I don't like either version
Is that weird?  :-\ lol

Feelgoodlies

The next single said to be Take A Bow..I song that I adore.

Markus1981

Thanks for the credits. Glad to see it was still produced by Dr. Luke, although that could just be becuase they completely nicked the backing track from Avril's version and didn't change it up at all. Be interested to see if the vocal production was by someone different and that Leona never actually worked with the Dr.

Glad Take A Bow is the next single, it's absolutely gorgeous. I bet Ryan Tedder is feeling pretty proud that the two songs he contributed are the first two singles. Rather impressive, I expect will be seeing a lot more of him as a writer/producer soon.

No that's not weird. At first I liked the song but I didn't love it and I never felt like listening to it over and over so I can understand someone not liking it.

However, i've just taken another listen to Leona's version and now I've become hooked which I didn't think I would be.
