Hey Malcom!

I know this post was created a few months back but I just registered into this amazing website and stumbled upon this post. I'm a huge fan of Max Martin and for years I've always wanted to find out where his studio is located. You're the only person that told me where the studio is and I want to thank you for it. I do, however, have a few problems. I couldn't seem to access your photos of maratone and I was wondering if you can send them via email. I know this is absolutely weird and I understand completely. I just really want to see what it looks like. If not, I would like the exact address so I can visit the place.

My email is : 25042@jisedu.or.id

Thank you so much Malcom! You've changed someone's life!

Victoria :)

Martin Sandberg has 7 - studios in his house at L.A

As if his leather jacket is not enough alone ..to 'be let in first on the bar line' (reminding that we are still - men. who shall no longer exist - 40 years from now on -
in this fashion anyway) - then it's probably the overall calculated worth of this person walking around to any studio  (saying - yes please)  - in the eyes of capitalism.

Hey Malcom!

Hi Victoria! I'm sorry, but the studio has moved since the thread was started. It's now located in his home on Sköldungagatan in Stockholm.

Not the studio she was asking for. And what does leather jacket have to do with anything?

Good thing that you know which studio she asked about. Victoria now has both addresses to go on with the journey.

It's a symbol.

It's a symbol - an iconic "thing"

So it's a tradition of certain things..

I posted about it here - first : (reply nr.10)

Perhaps humour for some while confusion to others , who knows..
It's also just a leather jacket ,  nothing out of ordinary or spectacular - that is , depending how you wear it or who wears it - then it's a different thing. and as so , for example to a poor rocker - it could signal that : the one wears something that is a bit grand while still retains some of that working class self-esteem.

Black leather jacket has been on a focus of speculation on many sources since the day's of Elvis -
Fonzie was considered to be the fine wine among just regular dudes wearing black leather jackets.
Supposedly KISS took it into extremes.

The value of black leather jacket translates to how one wears it : well (or not) - it's a symbol.
Specially if such one (a poor rocker as Martin once were) makes it really BIG .
then it completely turns the theme around , it symbols the tradition as hinted (the pictures) before -,

but the protest of the symbol then signals different things as before (in our example) before you were just an upward stud playing rock - underlining certain honesty while still giving the message that we aren't pushed down by the crowd's , you had a band that kicked in - this is something where people relates to  , and doing rock like really well is really hard (as AC/DC on a song: 'it's a long way to the top' puts it on a nutshell)

so as days changes that rocker who once were collecting pennies to buy better pickups , wore that black leather jacket almost as
it was a uniform  but time passes on and the black leather jacket stays on  and now for a multi-millionaire stepping to an award gala , it's just a cheap leather jacket among all the expensive extraordinary suit's in the gala - but it's not -

So before it was a symbol of rebellious thing or a sign of being part of something , a movement
like anything what all the rock bands before like Def Leppard did  -

now stepping out from the limousine with black leather jacket on - it's a symbol of protest by being indifferent while before the symbol was completely turned around.

This video describes this thing with certain extend of extreme applied to it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbgKEjNBHqM

so in that sense that rocker wearing it now , is like saying: " i've never noticed of leaving the used-record store , 20 years ago examining the dusty vinyls - nor that there ever was millions of $$ flooding in from the doors and the walls..The character is saying 'im just interested to find another great record (or a hit melody)'
"thank's for the trophy" (Im still a broke *ss rocker)" - That's the info which hit in here , from this interview :
http://www.swedishsongs.de/smf/index.php?topic=3321.0

(which - strikingly gives such impression, that it's not common anymore - or not as it is subjective)

Upon all the important matters like Green-house effect and
cold war stock prices , - it's a challenge for us 'Do you wear it well?'

It's a heavy uniform for some - J.Travolta's and L.Jacksons characters describes the burden of it

going from this

to this

Bottom line:

People wearing a cozy leather jacket well - is a dying art.

There is still Iggy pop around - kind of last of the Highlanders.

It's Just a black leather jacket nothing more.
