maybe , this song sounds great , I think that max and dr luke  are involved ,  the music sound is very semble to end of me marion raven .

Oh silly me, it says produced by Steve Morales.

But you can't deny it's really inspired by the Dr Luke/Max rock pop sound.

I wonder who wrote it.

This song is is pretty old, I had it on my computer a long time ago, "By Heart" was going to be on her never-released debut album, however it was the theme song of her family reality show "Hogan Knows Best".

I really like some of her songs.
