New Songs / Re: James Arthur - Naked (by Max Martin)

The song does really well worldwide still - in Germany especially.

Btw - does it also remind some of you of the "If that's OK With You" by Shayne Ward?

They meant promoting the rights has nothing to do with a boring plot and an irritating flashes.

I got curious about the "respected"  film maker ad checked his worklist. Flashes, halos, blurs, shaking camera, very short shots are his style.
I agree with this. Respecting the rights and thinking it's an ugly video are different things. I don't think it's sexy nor empowering. But it's nice noting that people on the community speak out.
The Song Project / Call Back The Missiles

Call Back The Missiles" last song for 2017.
I wrote this song with a presidential term in mind. The chorus was written around the fact that the president thought that missiles could be called back. He had to be told that we could not call back the Missiles. "The President incorrectly asserted that ''submarine ballistic missiles are recallable''.  This song was written for it's historic  value. It doesn't hold any political view of mine at all.
Happy New Year!!!
I can tell you stories - of American Patriots
Going down in flames of glory
Unseen in the likes of soviets
Yeah we've got the fight and the spirit
We fly old red white and blue
Broad stripes and stars for merit
We've yet to show all we can do
Call back the missiles
Their course is a mistake
Call back the missiles
Lets do another take
I can make things better - with economist remedies
Living on our strength as debtors
Building arms to break our enemies
Yeah I've got a plan some call voodoo
And Some call it by my name
Got a plan just right for you
And it fits right in to the game
Repeat chorus
Lets get the gummit of our back
It's just a pest and that's a fact
Lets get back to business and break up the bureaucracy
Repeat chorus
And Some times when you go to sleep
You can go to sleep
Knowing, every things gonna be alright

The funny thing is: Grant Singer is a VERY respected film maker and the video is precisely a statement about being queer and be OK with it, which always has been a point during his career.

He's been a supporter of LGBTI+ issues since day one, so it's funny -and a bit awkward as well- to read your comments.
But it's OK :)

I love the song, BTW.

I hardly watch any music videos. This one I started to watch but was bored and the flashes irritated me. So I closed it.

But the song grows on me with every listen. I think it's pretty perfect.
Great song, I love the music he makes. It's always fresh, has great melodies, production. But the videos? I've been wondering why any artist is willing to loose an audience making videoclips like that. I'm far from being homophobic but I don't see many straight guys sharing those videos on their social media. What do you think about that?
lol i couldn't bring myself to listen to these

i'm already up against the wall trying to find instrumentals for common performers, never mind all these obscure non north americans who stumbled upon some straight fire

i'd be shocked if most of these backing tracks were in anyone's current database. you'd have to pay some beaucoup money just to locate and dig the master tape out of storage for some of these lmao. when's the last time more than 100 people listened to US5 unironically? 2006?
