The song was co-written by Kesha, Ryan Lewis (of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis fame), Ben Abraham and Andrew Joslyn; Lewis produced the track.

I like it after the first listen.

A lot of feeling, and it's quite obvious who the song is about.

i like the strings,

could have had some more drums/percussion.
