This song is brilliant until Kendrick's verse pops up, ey.
Who chose to have him in this song, ey? This is so not his sytle, ey, and he probably delivers his worst verse ever, ey.
And I'm not even that typical "ugh, the rap part destroys the whole song" guy, ey.
And the fade-out of the song sounds pretty uninspired too, ey.

The outro it's pretty original considering how repetitive other works ended up... See Cellophane or Bird Set Free.
I personally don't think it's the best solution, but that's a thing Sia has been showing for a while and she pushed a little bit further with this, it's respectable.
