Yeah just sounds like they're a bit confused about the differences between sampling another song and using the same 'samples/patches' from an instrument.
... i went to that site and searched dr luke and max martin
for example the toxic intro strings were sampled from an indian song
and in the song for becky g its a sample from jenny from the block
and a song dr luke made was a beat sampled from some african record
