The novel has quietly FINALLY been released in English last year!!
I just DLed it for 99 cents off the Amazon App/Kindle Store! 




I linked all the images to the UK store, but it's available worldwide so just check your local store and search for "Carlsson Dandy".


          


The novel seems to be the original book translated to English, while the Apps ("Book One" / "Book Two" / "Book Three") seem to be the original comics created by Jazan Wild in 2006.

Overall most of the credit seems to go to Jazan, so it all adds up now... I remember there was like a "copyright fight" between Andreas & Jazan when (or before) the book came out in 2010. The book released by Norstedts in Sweden was stated to be "written by Andreas Carlsson" and only to be "inspired by the graphic novel by Andreas Carlsson & Jazan Wild". I remember when I met Andreas in Malmö in the end of 2009, he was telling me about legal issues with that Jazan guy with a lot of lawyer business involved sooooo........I guess that might've been the reason why the music was never released and the plans of the musical were never finalized...

It's released by Carnival Comics and, according to the Amazon page, copyrighted to Jazan Wild.
So curious as to what extend I can figure out the differences from the Norstedts book in Swedish language (that I have too lol). ^^

The Norstedt copy has the lyrics to a lot of Andreas' songs within the chapters - I suppose that would be missing in the English translation?!
