Madonna has a new album available to pre-order on iTunes. Some songs are already available.
Surprise.
Devil Pray
Writers: Madonna, Savan Kotecha, Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub, Avicii
Producers: Madonna, Avicii, Blood Diamonds, Dahi, Falk

I didn't like any of the pre-order songs.
ANY.
Added to the Cheiron playlist.
Do you like it?
Anyway it's cool a Cheiron writer has now a credit for a Madonna song. I have to listen again and again to the songs. They are not that instant that I can already decide if I like them.
Yeah, it's great to see Rami, Carl Falk and Savan co-writing a Madonna song. Devil Pray is really good, but not amazing.
Devil Pray is being slept on. SOOOOOO good. That drug feeling. Incredible Falk/Yacoub melodies with an interesting lyrical twist that's filled with Madonna's personality. Amazing collab.
Guys, do you know her catalogue? She did this 25 years ago.
This may sound rude, but I think it's unbelievable that a woman at her age talks about this kind of stuff just to appeal to an audience it's not hers.
It's pop music, we all know that, but always had an artistic approach behind every project until 2005's Confessions On A Dancefloor and that's what makes her interesting.
Since 2005, everything has been so pointless. His management is a mismanagement: the collaborators, the sound approach, the lyrics.
Someone who knows her career and her artistic development through 30+ years, just can't understand what's happening.
I fully second you. She lost her individuality some time after Music.
Whatever.
YEAH WE CAN RUN AND WE CAN HIDE BUT WE WON'T FIND THE ANSWERS. <3
Ghosttown is a good song - it would be amazing if the vocal engineer did a better job. that's her biggest weakness lately. not enough attention paid to the vocal production. it's lazily auto tuned. but the instrumental is ace
I think the same thing: it's not well mixed, her voice sounds weird... she took singing lessons after Bedtime Stories -you can tell by the way it sounds, much more voice control- and even some change in her tone.
Now, it continues that path but in a weird kind of way.
Could it be the sonic approach that sound engineers and producers apply to the songs to sound "trendy" or "current"?
Really good album! "Hold Tight" is Tedder, and sounds like a much better version of Gwen Stefani's "Baby Don't Lie". "Joan Of Arc" has suuuuuuuuuuuch a classic late 90s pop melody! Wonder who was involved with that one. So good.
Someone, I presume Savan himself, edited his wikipedia
He added two songs for Madonna

Anyone knows more about these tracks?

Great! Thanks for the info.
I reall begin to like the album. Nice songs with a few fillers.

Good they put it online. Should be an example to other artists. Though it was shabby the super deluxe did not include credits at all.
But you can this info will just be online until they relaunch a new website..

Agreed. >:(

Think first, then type! :P
That's why I posted it, so who ever is interested, can save/print it.
I created myself a little self-made credits-booklet and included that to my shabby Super Dlx Edt.-CD haha. ;D
Madonna sounded more unique and interesting before the vocal lessons, now it's bland and the vocAl production is definitely lacking.
That rebel heart album is a mess, too many songs and it made me realise that I don't enjoy Diplo for more then 1 song/month

@Sonny Black: the sound quality of the whole album is quite a mess!

Madonna's single is out now. Features Maluma.
Written by Edgar Barrera, Maluma, Mirwais Ahmadzaï & Madonna.
Drum programming by Mathieu Billboard Jomphe, vocal production by Lauren Delia.
It grew on me quicker than I thought, I love the vibe, and I love previous Mirwais albums
She's needed a better vocal producer for three albums now... the mix & editing is bad

Madonna's new single -I understand yet the promotion- is out. Features Swae Lee and is co written by Starrah.
Produced by Madonna, Mike Dean & Billboard.
Again: vocal production. Starrah does not fit her style, more melodic.
Faz Gostoso allegedlly interpolates Blaya's Faz Gostoso, you can hear the song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbMu-H7i3D8
