Title: Max's contribution to "Please Don't Leave Me" by Pink

I know (from Wikipedia) that  Max co wrote "Please Don't Leave Me" by Pink and produced it himself.

Anyone know if Pink contributed just words?  or did she contribute melodies as well?

I can imagine this: Max took his guitar, started to topline some stuff, Pink did the same... and the song came out.
