This one isn't Cheiron, it gets a bit confusing because they had two songs called "Whisper Your Name". This one is from their 1996 album. In 2000, they did a track called "Whisper Your Name (The Only One)", which is the one you're thinking of, but I can't for the life of me find it on YouTube.

Here are the credits for the two:
