I think for me it is "Since U Been Gone".

It has everything a great song should have. Lyrics, Melody, Attitude, Vocals. All spot on!

And also Pink's Who Knew, The Veronica's Everything I'm not (Max+Rami+Luke!!) and 4ever.

Katy Perry's Hot 'n Cold was a game changer as well.

Most of the pop/rock stuff they did are great but I'd pick "Behind These Hazel Eyes".

For me it's between "Til The World Ends", "Last Friday Night" and "Break You" by Marion Raven.
