I love "The One That Got Away", it's one of the first songs I fell in love with from 'Teenage Dream'

          I love it now too, but I didn't really "get it" until I saw a YouTube video recently of Katy singing it live with just guitar, at a concert in Italy.....the crowd was singing the chorus, and I could feel the emotion of what great melody/lyrics it has on the chorus :-)
