Hey! I found some Jessica Folker's videos on youtube and I think some of them (especially live performances) are very rare! Enjoy!

Thanks, she's so beautiful! 8)
Adore Jess, she'll always stay one of my favourite female singers, so much passion in her voice.
I love jessica folcker she's amazing , Loved alot of her songs , her last album didn't catch me at all, I hate that dance-y style they make , I called them ((swedish chart songs))
Here is a great live performance of "How will I know" one of my favourite songs of all times.
It's playback, but it's very sweet, with Andreas Lundstedt and Velvet in the background.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=XDoJDc3Ksk0
Thanks Tiiger!
PS: I love how in Sweden always credits are showed when a song is performed.
wow!!!! thanks so much! i really had never seen this... i have another performance of how will i know, lipsynched and uncomplete (it misses like the last chorus)... i'll upload it on youtube ASAP!!!! ;)

How sweet to see velvet how she started 8)
Wow, cool, it's fresh video on youtube, didn't see it, thank you, turnaround!
But it's lipsynched unfortunately :( I'd like to hear Andreas and Jenny vocals.
By the way I was so surprised, when I knew that Velvet started from Eurovision singing on backing vocals in 2003 (Fame (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qAkQRczjDI)) and 2004 (Lena Philipsson (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO4Bg3wirtA)). Starting her solo career in 2005, in 2006 she already performed solo with Mi Amore :)
About Jess' last album, it's not that strong, it needs time to understand it, I wouldn't say it's swedish chart songs, singles from it didn't became popular, I really like half of songs from it, but other half... probably just not my style, but this voice...
Her previous album På Svenska was really oriented for swedish audience though didn't succeed too, but it's more pleasant, has very special spirit in it, songs are very beautiful.
By the way my favorite song after Jess' Cheiron period is Om Natten (http://youtube.com/watch?v=-goqUpUwezc). Jess performed with it in 2005 on Melodifestivalen, but because of weak performance connected with her illness she didn't succeed. By the way Nana was the entry of that year with song Wherever You Go (http://youtube.com/watch?v=mamjRUjcBlM) too.
The same situation was with Jess on Melodifestivalen-2006 with song When Love's Coming Back Again (http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/search/jessica+folcker/video/xb6fx_jessica-folcker-sweden-2006_music). Jess just gave birth to her child and had to perform in a few days after it, even her dress was made for pregnant woman, though she already wasn't.
As promised, I uploaded on youtube another live performance of I will I know. Enjoy!! :P
Anyone knows the background singers on it?
http://youtube.com/watch?v=nBkNv1H2t2g
Jessica Folker is one of the greatest female singers, she has such amazing vocals,I really loves the Jessica/Dino era,she has amazing songs, and she is amazingly talented
Her latest album Skin Close was a major flop and I personally didn't like it,too bad such a singer doesn't have a huge company stands beside her!!

thanx for this , I doj't know why she's lipschncing
Just realized that Velvet performed in Kiev in 2005 with Martin Stenmarck as well.
You can see and listen her very well. Loads of choreography.

Love this song! In Las Veeeegaas...)
"How Will I Know (Who You Are)" has to be one of the best and most immortal popsongs ever written. I heard it on radio yesterday, I heard it on radio today, and last week too for matter.
It still feels very fresh, doesn't it? :)

It's timeless, emotional, and you never get tired of it.
One in a million!

Ohh that's great , and they always play it as a background of one of the most sucssessful music shows here ((Star Academy)) and ((The Perfect Bride)) they Love it here ;D
As I said several times, I am sure that it will be soon covered by an artist.
Maybe by an Idol.
If they do, I hope they treat it like they should. The song means a lot to many people I am sure.
to be able to love is one of my fave songs ever.
thanks :)
Videos with Jessica coming up on Youtube very soon.

I hope this song won't covered , because there's no way can be better than it is now , like tell me by sandy I was shocked when I heared the covers , I didn't like them
I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove How Will I know......Oh lord Jessica is amazing there
Oh please I don't want a cover for this!!
Really Jessica still gets some airplay? In what country do you live?
Here in France, Tell me what you like was successful, I heard it on a local radio like twice or three times in the last 5 years.... :(
By the way, though How will i know is very good, tell me what u like stays the best for me! even better than some britney songs!
Yes Tell Me What You Like is very popular song in Europe I used to watch on VIVA a lot and even on MCM France lol....
But for me Cherion-ly speaking I looooooooooooove To Be Able To Love more .
Sweden.
Oh yes, when i went to Sweden, I noticed that Cheiron songs were play a lot! Even songs sung by artists who kinda disappeared or very old songs... Like I heard Sometimes and Baby one more time on NRJ in 2004. We'd never have that on NRJ in France..... :(
Thanks to Tiiger we have two videos most of us have never seen probably:
How will I know and I do live at Stadskampen, 1998, with a full band.
How will I know: http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=xAGCRJwRPcc
I do: http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=xrlFI4JAEBA
Highly recommended, make you sure you chose the "high quality" option.
lovely , and she sound perfect in How will I know
Thanks for the links specially How Will I Know, I looooove that song!!
Jessica is probably one of the finest singers Max ever worked with.
I mean, her voice is FLAWLESS! Not many can sing the way she does live. She's amazing.
I shall upload more videos with Jessica later on, I already ripped two more. :D
Thanks so much for the links, i'll download themas soon as i get home!
Thanks Tiiger, Jessica's one of my favourite singers. I agree, her voice is flawless. My favourite is Missing You Crazy.
Thanks for these videos. First time I thought it's Sarah Dawn Finer singing with Jess but then seems like no.
Jessica's a really beautiful and sweet girl (I hade the privilege of meeting her once), but I have a bit of a problem with her rather strong Swedish accent.
Also, I don't know if it's been mentioned on the board, but I think it's a bit funny that she changed the spelling of her last name (from Folcker til Folker) in order to prevent embarrassing mispronunciations, especially in the Far East. I really can't see how dropping the C would make that big a difference. ???
Welcome Clabbelito the forums!
wow, that's nice you met Jessica once. yes, I thought it was strange to, her dropping the C, I don't see that it would have made that much difference either!!
Thanks for the welcome, Jessica.
Sorry for being a bit negative in my first few posts here - I'm not so grumpy usually. ;)
I have a few stories about Max Martin that I'll be happy to share with you all in the future.
I might share some info on when I met here.
It was was in 97-98, just around when she was starting to create a buzz. She must've been dating Dag at that time, right?
Anyway, she was a customer in the shop where I worked. I did here a small favour, don't remember exactly what. Something along the lines of "All right, I'm really not aloud do this, but okay...".
Customers in Sweden are usually impolite and don't react when you tell them they're getting special treatment, but Jessica flashed her nice smile and said thank you. She seemed very down to earth.
wow, that's a nice story, I'm glad she was nice, and she has a very nice smile
yeah, she would have been dating Dag then.
it's okay to be a bit negative - all discussion is good, I think!
Welcome clabbelito!
A Cheiron fan from Stockholm :)
Hope you enjoy it here a lot!

They changed the spelling for America, when they were launching "To Be Able to Love". However, it's back to Folcker now.

Thanks! I've been lurking for quite some time, but now it's time to contribute some. :)
Wise decision! :)
By the way, how did you find us?
I think we should make a list of places where people on this forum are from, it's great Cheiron still have these faithful and loyal fans all over the world.

I agree. Also, I would be interested in how people here first fell for Cheiron. The first song the heard etc. Or has there already been a thread about this?

We had this thread here, but not a general Cheiron one.

I think most people got fans via BSB and Britney!
Thanks, I'll contribute in that thread then. :)

So they were still together when he died? How sad! :(
I suppose they were still together when he died, I suppose Denniz and Max wrote "A Little Bit Longer" about Denniz being ill, which is very sad (and kind of creepy too that Denniz co-wrote that song).
Oh didn't know Denniz co wrote it, it must have been so emotional to record it! :(
OMG I'm so in love with this girl !!
what a stunning natural voice and outstanding songs..
I never heard any of her music before except the fact that she's a collaborator of Max and cheiron writers..
But I couldn't find her songs and albums,I only have a few of them as they weren't released in my country..

Jess is the BOMB, oh where are ya from then?, you can introduce yourself in "Where Are Ya From" thread in "other music artists and offtopics" thread 2nd page.
Hey! I found a video of Jessica performing '' Tell me what you like " live, with Andreas Carlsson playing acoustic guitar and singing backing vocals! This is from 1998, I guess, because a picture of Denniz is shown on stage. Andreas looked so young!

Jessica's voice is so amazing!!!

That's great, thanks Iza, looks like it was at the Swedish Grammis, yeah, must have been a tribute to Denniz.
You're welcome, guys! Yes, looking carefully, I'll have to agree with you, Rebecca!
Thanks Iza! I love Jessica!
Oh my, I remember hearing "How Will I Know" a couple of days ago and it kinda took me back to the greatness of the Cheiron days which I guess take it or leave it can't be re done no matter how good and great songs can be in this era.
Yes, you're totally right, Feelgoodlies!!
They had a son too.

No, it's Denniz's son with a former girlfriend, not Jessica.
I wish there was interviews with her on youtube.
There isn't hardly any.
:(
Guys, don't you wat her to work again with Kristian and Max? Or not necessarily, I just want her to sing these electro/pop songs we hear or maybe a Cheiron-ish kind of mid-tempos (aka To Be Able To Love) Uhhhhh!
Not sure if it has already been posted, but has anyone seen it?
Viva la Vida by Jessica with a big choir

Pretty!!! She is amazing!
Thanks, she's lovely
Here is a new video of Jessica performing a Charity single that has been released in Sweden.
Isn't she still the best?
