One of those few songs I hear and want to re-write it..... In the chorus, the melody would be magic if on the third line ("I'd be the best friend") they'd gone UP on that line. With the melody note on "I'd" starting on the 5th interval and going down scale-wise.
In key of C, for example: G F E D E ("I'd be the best friend")

In 1:15 I can hear a melody similar to ''Low rider'' of War , it says something like ''Hey girl a medication''. It's so familiar to me.
Someone who understands perfectly english can tell me what it says in 1:14??
