Title: Oscar Zia - Yes We Can (David Kreuger)
Post by: turnaround on February 23, 2014, 08:32:37 PM
Oscar's songs deserves his own thread :D

"Yes We Can" was written by Fredrik Kempe, David Kreuger and K-One

He made it directly to the final at Swedish Melodifestivalen.

The song is N*SYNC meets David Kreuger - with a nice keychange.

So far, everything he's released is good.

This is the other version of "What About Love" actually! I like it. It's a really good 2014 Cheiron attempt which I'm glad Swedes have voted for and liked.

i dont like this. the chorus is horrible and destroys everything. but the beat is nice

lol the performance was also NSYNC "inspired".

Kinda cheesy, but hard to dislike 'cause it's so reminiscent of our childhood :p

His voice is weak though.

Everything that is made by K-One, turns out good.

I love "Yes We Can"!

yes, the performance was inspired by that NSync performance, I hadn't seen that before. Makes me miss NSync even more.

I also think I would've love this back then.

Now it's cheesy.
But it's a really good Cheiron approach.

16.95 is way to much for an album that small  :(

99 SEK = 11 €

Quite a lot for a digital release with 8 tracks. What are they thinking?

Indeed, Linnea Deb and Joy Deb are very talented writers. They are very classy.

Besides the singles (#Fail and Without You as well as Yes We Can) I liked "Ballare Con Me" the best!

QuoteAnd as well as performing his Melodifestivalen hit 'Yes We Can', he also did THE absolute highlight from his debut album 'I Don't Know How To Dance', and what we hope will be the next single from it. It's 'Ballare Con Me' and it's brill.
