Hi all. Just joined. Hearts Don't Lie wasn't bad but to be honest I was expecting better from Kristian when you think about classics like 'Bye Bye Bye'. But the instrumental bit towards the end started to take off! Turnaround you actually talk to Rami!

Concerning "Hearts don't lie" it's right, it's not the overwhelming song like maybe "Greatest rewards", but still solid pop and I think better than many other popsongs these days.

I read earlier in this post, you had asked rami about the enrique album. So were you referring to the actual RAMI (Cheiron) or someone else with the username Rami. If you did actually talk to the RAMI then that's amazing!
Anything that Kristian touches is solid pop and would be better than most pop songs, he's proven that over and over. But for his own standards you can't really say that he's showing the same "Class" that he has done. For example after doing a smash like coulda woulda, Let your heart decide was watered down. The beats weren't as good and the melody too. Obviously a great solid pop song but Kristian could have done a lot better.

That Girl is one of my favourites too. The ending is too good and the way Nsync go up when they sing "Mine" Just hits the spot. It's got like a little movie/theatre flavour/theme to it. Maybe that's what kristian was trying to capture. Not for me by backstreet is all about the beats - those beats are kicking! But the boyband hits seem gone in the past.. It's too sad.
That Girl is definitely an amazing song, one of my favourites too. Yes I wish the boy band sound would come back.

But it's a joke that Nsync never released That Girl as a single and it was a bonus track in europe. I don't think it was even on the US album. Other hits like I'll never stop never really got anywhere in the charts. This Kronlund guy... what others with Kristian or Max has he done. I know he did some britney but anymore.

He did "Lucky" with Britney, and another song off the "Oops" album.
Apart from that he co-wrote & produced a lot of the ROBYN hit singles.
Also Kronlund co-wrote Lambretta's Bimbo and Creep and possibly more, just can't think at the moment.
I agree That Girl (Will Never Be Mine) should have been a single - it would have been a much better choice than Pop or Gone (both of which I'm not a fan of). I'll Never Stop also a fantastic song.

Yeah the bit I heard off the tommy advert on youtube was 'Hot'. The little aircraft voice at the start and the plane humming is right up Kristian's style as he loves all that plane stuff. Then the little high riff for a bit and then he drops that bass and you got excited. Enrique voice takes off as he sings 'Loves the way it turns me on' and that bit that comes after it that trademark kristian hit beat. It's so sweet. I love those beats. But I hope the song keeps it up cos towards the very end of the advert it starts getting a little hip-hoppy. I like the orange sky and the plane stuff is cool.
I like how Ring My Bell uses that Lil Jon-ish synth nicely

Hi, I just noticed that on ASCAP there is the song Alive sung by Enrique and the credits are:

I'm more excited about some of the other songs, though--"Wish I Was Your Lover," "Tired Of Being Sorry," and "Stay Here Tonight," for example. It looks like there's going to be a big gap in style--some more traditional Enrique-esque things and then those "club bangers" like "Push" (which I'll probably like, despite it being a poor Usher/Chris Brown knockoff :-/ ) and "Ring My Bell" (I liked the clip from the commerical better than this one).

everybody can´t love the same songs, but with ring my bells it´s diffrent , this song must everyone love :D , the song is amazing over and over again. if you ask me, this is the best Kristian song in many years :P .......and this is not a timberlake song...
i think that the production is good, but i don't like the song, i don't like the melody... i prefer the old classic pop style :roll:

Ring my bells is one of the best pop songs the latest years, Kristian have a pop feeling that is outstanding , i always love kristian songs and this one is so amazing the sound i love so much.its the best song of the album..Great to se Kristian back again.....and savan, enrique....

I have only had 1 listen to it though
The female voice on Ring My Bell is one of our favourites: Anna Nordell!
Overall this album is a bit ballady for me, however I'm enjoying it.
I like the song Ring My Bell, not as much as other Kristian Lundin songs, but I still like it a lot.
I like Miss You and Wish I Was your Lover too, but I'm going to have a lot more listens to it before I know if I love it.
The album isn't out until 22nd of June here, but I definitely wanna get it, as I have all albums by him so far.

For a moment I wasn't sure where he was going and his tracks started to sound watered down and you just got moments and hints of the magic but with this one he has shown once again that he's still got it. It's a little different too and some of the sounds and beats seem almost brand new, sparkly and vivid. The arrangement has a trademark flow with all the right breaks and changes and the beats are spacious. The melody keeps you captivated and the ending chorus is sensational when the beats really come through hard. However it's a little hip hop at times and thinking back to the classics there was always so much going on which made it that much more fun and exciting, In the verse parts I think there could have been more going on that made it more meaty. But other than that it's a hit, a genuine Kristian HIT which comes rare and is always special!
