4 seconds preview. Such a taste.
Yay - great match.
Catchy pop.
I wonder if it's a demo coming from Max/ Wolf Cousins camp. Very basic sounds and production.
I think it's The Monsters & Strangerz, from the sound.

Coming this Friday.

Good news!
So no Max involvement. Still a good track by Oscar
Loving the track already
Sounds very different from Oscar Holter's sound.
Loved it tho.
The video is out. Love all the references.

Sounds like Max making fun of himself hahaha
And I agree about Sophies being the next big thing.
Charli will be featured on a new single by Herve Paigez & Diplo, out this friday.

These tracks give heavy Bloodshy & Avant circa 2003-2005 vibes.

I already love it.
Oscar Holter is on a roll, a string of fantastic songs!
I absolutely love this. The video is great too.
Nothing short of excellent. The video is stellar and the song has so many catchy parts. This could be another smash for her
The only thing I have to say is that doesn't sound like Charli. I love it but it took me some time to hear HER.
I also love that unexpected off-beat "go" in the second verse. Little winks like that in pop music make it so fun!
And I can see the comment about her vocals not sounding very Charli-esque. The "oo-oo" riffs sound a lot like Marina & the Diamonds' vocal style.

New album Crash out March 18th.
Based on these posts, it looks like Oscar Holter and Ilya have contributed to the album.

Damn, 4 months of a wait! Haha guess she'll release a bunch of droplets leading up. I'm super excited! This feels like a return to form for Charli with a wide range of amazing collaborators
Love it.
She played a bunch of clips from the album the other day- really amazing stuff. Pure pop!

Charli's new album CRASH leaked.
Lightning was co written by Rami Yacoub and Ilya along Madison Love and Charli herself.
Produced by Ilya and Ariel Rechtshaid.
The album is out

I wonder if Ariel Rechtshaid picked up a demo of Lightning and tweak it on his style since he's not credited as a writer. I love the song though

Charli XCX: 'CRASH,' Legacy of SOPHIE, and Major Label Record Decisions
A great Zane Lowe interview with Charli about a lot of things.
She broke down crying every time they talked about SOPHIE.

Deluxe version of the album is out, what's going on with these versions being released just one week after the original? Is it only to boost second-week sales?
The new version features new tracks by Lotus IV, A.G. Cook and George Daniel

It's heartbreaking hearing how much SOPHIE meant to her and her career.

Probably because the album leaked one week before the release.
I don't understand it either but it's her last release with Atlantic so I think it's only to end the contract haha
