Learning from the masters

Hey guys,

I am desperately looking for multitracks/stems of hit songs from our beloved producers and songwriters (Max, Luke, Rami, etc.). Hits "by" Avril Lavigne, One Direction, Demi Lovato, Pink, stuff like that. Love it like crazy, so I really wanna learn from the masters. I wanna dig in, and listen to all the elements to get a better feel of what they do.

Also if any sample packs or banks exist with pop elements similar to the masters', I would be more than interested. Same goes for articles and videos that can guide me in the right direction, when trying to achieve "the hit sound". Be it tutorials on how to program drums, layer synths or how to fill up the mix, I am interested. As long as it's about pop in the style we all love. I am tired of all the EDM/House tutorials and articles floating around, I want dedicated pop stuff. :) EDM drums are often quite different from the stuff Max Martin, Benny Blanco, Dr. Luke and so on make. Less groove, and too "hardcore" kicks etc.

Hope you guys can help me out, even just a little bit! :)

Thanks!

Hi! As far as sample packs go, try Hit Kit V3 and Vengeance Pop Essentials. Loads of sounds for different kinds of pop situations. More dancy, acoustic sounding and everything in between.

It sounds different because they used these samples and process them.

Hey man, there is a website, literecords.com that has a lot of multitracks and stempacks. It's not free but it's not expensive either. If you want to get some stem packs, message me and I can upload some for you.
