Which Synthesizers are these from?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7vCGqttOZA Don't You Want It? (rev-up A 0:10) (orchestra stab @ 0:21) (not to mention the vocal sample that precedes the bass)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbeuR3JQ3Rc (You Drive Me) Crazy (stab reccurs throughout)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWJ0l0ILK20 (I'm aware he sampled a lot of finished songs for his sounds, but he didn't have much of a choice)

The first one is the same as Baby One More Time and u can get it from the stems or the Roland JV 2080. The Roland card is available here. Even the reverse stabs are in Roland.

I guess. I don't know what he used for the talk box voice

I think the talk box synth in "Don't Want You Back," might be Metalrezo in Roland's MDC 1 or Roland JV-2080.

It might be one from the MDC. Or "Big Ol' Stab" with a lot of mixing.

Where does the disco one come from?

Tano87

I have no idea. Actually some orchestra hit were layered with stringere stab, the one u can hear in Spice Girls song Day You'll Be There. I don't know where they are from. U can hear this formula in Larger Than Life especially in the video that it has a breakdown

Oh yeah! I heard Larger than Life video mix with that stab.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rJzxLqGJ04 Check it out, it's got the piano stab from o.i.d.i.a. isolated and in it's separate layers too! Wow!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51ACnTJg03c Although not 100% the same as cheiron, some of them come fairly close to the sound. Particularly the horn laden ones.

http://www.ruskeys.net/eng/base/leldr8.php There's a hit there, too that I keep hearing mixed with others. "The one," has it. Art of Noise used it, too apparently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyfCud_QrZw&lc=z22txvgy2rnyh1dlbacdp43aorlpshw4ymh1fbwtvsxw03c010c.1518466641162696

That stab mixed with Roland Triumph Stab, Street Stab, amongst the others you've listed before. Not in all the cheiron tracks, but at least a heaping pinch of them if not a handful.
