Society is the highlight of the whole album, its riff reminds me of Secrets by P!nk, and the chord progression is one of the most interesting things I've seen from Max in a really long time

The second verse's chord progression comes straight from Jennifer Paige's hit "Crush", bass root standing with the chords descending (vim-V7/vi-IV/vi-V7/vi). As a matter of fact the drum pattern, acoustic guitar strumming patterns and bpm are eerly similar...

Sounds like his song connect ran out of songs whom was their #1 writer that they both ripped off. See katy perry and britney spears. They released on katy perry first then britney and both fell because they were under zero compay at the time. Negligence business model and in bad faith.
