Hey, I was just on the BSBweirdworld site. A fan there mentioned that songwriter Andrew Fromm (who wrote BSB's "I Need You Tonight") was one of Howie's groomsman and he had photos of the wedding. I check his myspace and there is a photo of him and Rami. It says that Rami was a groomsman too!

I didn't want to take the pic and put it here, I assume you all have myspace's to log in and see yourself!

Thanks for this insider information!
It's great to know there is still friendship though musically there doesn't happen anything anymore.

Great picture, I wonder if Marie was there too!
And I liked it..

Rebecca

Yeah, I bet Marie was there.

Yeah, it made me happy to see Rami there. When Max and Rami didn't write for BSB I thought maybe they didn't like BSB anymore but at least there is a friendship there, just not a professional connection anymore.

Rebecca

Yeah, I was wondering if Max or Kristian or Andreas would have been there too - maybe!
I'll try to dig around for some more photos and more info!

ooh yes, imagine if they'd written a song for the wedding! or if they'd performed one - Max singing!

He's born in Sweden but his parents are from another country... I don't remember which though. Think it was Iran or something!

Rebecca

Thanks Jarle
I have always wondered what Rami's background is too.

Yeah, must be something middle eastern. Iran sounds like it could be right.

Just found this on the internet, but that's nothing new.

QuoteLast name origin & meaning YACOUB:

Muslim: from the Arabic personal name Ya‛qūb, the name of a Prophet in Islam (the Biblical Jacob). This name is widespread in all Muslim countries.
And I liked it..

Yes the name Rami is Arabic and even his surname is an arabic one Yacoub which is pronounced Jacob by you.
