Flipping through Mo'Phatt patches, I heard this filtered way down and layered under a cymbal in one of the drum kits. I went to the actual sample used in that voice and it baowed at me...

Bonus: Also found in Mo'Phatt once I started going through the basic soundset instead of the patches, pretty sure "Haaa!!!" is the raw breath hat/shaker waveform. It starts to sound real close if you play with the speed and pitch while giving it some 12-bit sampler grit.
