Yes, it was exactly the time when all went wrong.

The "Overprotected" Video and Original version would have been a great single.

"I love rock and roll" and "Boys" were awful single choices. I never liked these songs.

i think she shouldn't have released i'm a slave for u ,boys and i love rock n roll as singles, those songs are the worst on the album.


but releasing " Overprotected'' and ''i'm not a girl not yet a woman'' as singles are good choices.


there are many songs on the album deserved to be singles like:

Me too, not a huge fan of Pharrell's music, though I liked Boys (the album version not the single version). The great thing about Slave 4 U was the VMA performance and the video is totally awesome.
