No, I didn't. Karla did the adaption to spanish on this one.
I executive produced this, I'm managing and producing one of the girls since a couple months :)
Ah haha never heard that one! Shame on me. Talented girls though!

rumoured to be produced by Max.

Will any of the Tove Lo cowrites will make the cut?
How did you know Tove co-wrote for her?
Her new song "Physical" produced by Jason Evigan is outrageously good. That topline and 80s throwback style, high energy sound is working for her. Hope there's a video.

Love the song but sounds WAY TOO MUCH to Ladyhawke's My Delirium.
The album leaked. It was pushed forward to March 27th.
Sounds AMAZING.
No Max Martin though.

Album is out.
Ian Kirkpatrick made some pretty amazing work on his two tracks.
Stuart Price sounds overproduced in comparison.

Justin Tranter copying himself.
Love Again is the coolest thing in awhile to happen to pop music.
some weak cuts towards the end but this dude andrew watt been lowkey coming up lately
break my heart an early pick for song of the year FACTS
I think Love Again sounds familiar to a french song called moi lolita by Alizee with regards to the topline.
Which part of the topline sounds similar, can't seem to hear it.

Physical sounds just like this one.

Cool as well.
This album is great. Agree about the last few tracks being weaker, but that's kinda just commonplace in albums in general :/

I thought that the verse of Love Again is in part similar to the chorus of Moi... Lolita. But perhaps my first impression was off.

Yes!
Hallucinate is a bold
Do You Wanna Come Over? rip-off.
Consequently there's a mash-up on YouTube.

A trailer of a new song by J Balvin, Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny & Tainy titled UN DIA (ONE DAY) will be out this friday.
I'm excited! Tainy is one of my top 3 producers atm.
I'm surprised about this Tainy's sound, it's more traditional mainstream pop which really encapsulates Dua Lipa's style.

Dua Lipa Accused of Stealing 'Levitating' From Florida Reggae Band in New Lawsuit
Rick Beato made a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XT3DghWbk2A
Too many similarities all over the place to be a coincidence.
I wonder they take so long to fill the lawsuit, these bands always find out about the most popular songs a year later, it's like they live under a rock.
EDIT: Well, Rick Beato noticed the exact same thing, I'm not sure if it's hard to find lawyers for this, specially when there's a chance to get a lot of money for the number one song of 2021

If I were a band whose song was copied by an a-lister, I would wait when it earns 90% of possible income too.
That's right. And legal stuff takes time... usually people reach out about the topic and try to settle out of court.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnA1QmZvSNs Adam Neely gives a compelling argument on why this is not the case, and after hearing the recording sessions I'm having second doubts about this lawsuit.
So, Dua Lipa suffers with сryptomnesia.
It should be a rule in music that if you wrote a song in 15 seconds, then you just copied a melody of a song you heard.
Sure thing, but it's most likely that she copied it from Outkast rather than this obscure Reggae band.
Guys, do you read yourselves being so shady?
Things like this happen. And it's not intentional.
Not being intentional doesn't make it necessarily right. I believe that if Dua knew that she was copying another band she would credit them, just like INXS in Break My Heart. But not realizing she was copying is worth discussing either way, specially when we've got people defending both arguments.
When you write, it's what comes into your head and you don't overthink.
At this point, everything is already done.
Hope they settle out of court and add the songwriters to the credits and pay them, if a jury decides that.

I agree that beginners work like that. Great songwriters don't always use that strategy though. Different strategies were confirmed by inter alia Savan, Mutt Lange, Ariana Grande and others.
