Title: Robert "Mutt" Lange + Gaga
Post by: georg_e on August 28, 2011, 05:37:41 PM

Guys, we all know Max is one of the few truly great producers, and another one in that league is ''Mutt" Lange........if you haven't checked out his production on Gaga's new single "You and I", just wanted to point out its brilliance......if you listen on headphones, it'll blow you away! :-)  He gets a sound that's just unbelievable........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qel9YgtkZtY&feature=channel_video_title

oh no, I hate this song! but I love Mutt Lange, so I do agree the production is great, but the song and lyrics - ugh.

It's been deleted now. 8)

But while I'm here I thought I'd take the opportunity to say that the backing vocals in "Yoü And I" sound like they could have been ripped straight from one of his Shania productions. It's almost too obvious, so I figured maybe Gaga requested the Shania vibe. By the way, what's the deal with the "ü" in the title?

Yes. love those held out crunchy background notes! :)    They're
the main reason  "Still The One" (title name?) by Shania is one of my favorite records of all time.     Forgot about the "u" lol.
