Amadin is rather unknown.
They had a huge hit in 1993, "Alrabaiye (Take Me Up)" and 2 pretty much unknown follow-ups, "Fonky" and "U Make Me Feel Alright" featuring Jessica Folcker on vocals.

I've also wondered about U Make Me Feel Alright!! But I can tell you about Alrabaiye; there are two versions of the song! One of them contains the rapper Swing but the other is probably Kristian and John singing! I also think Dr Alban is contributing! :D

There are actually
4 versions of Alrabaiye.
Dr. Alban is rapping, yes, but not all of it. I never heard John's or Kristian's voice so I can't tell who the other person/s is/are...
Hey everyone! Just wanted to set things straight about Amadin. Kristian Lundin and John A. do sing. They sang backing vocals on the original 12" single of "Take me up" with Dr. Alban and Nana Hedin singing on the chorus. Dr. Alban also does a Reggae - rap on the break. Also, Kristian and John are credited for singing backing vocals on Dr. Alban's song "Fire" from his album "Look Who's Talking". So if you listen to the backing vocals on "Fire", Kristian and John sing after the break on the 'freedom is our goal' part. Just compare the vocals on that song to the chorus of "Take me up". You'll hear them! :wink:
By the way, on "U make me feel alright" the rap is done by Swing and lead vocals are sung by Jessica Folcker. Also, "Fonky" is Amadin feat. Captain Fonk (aka : Herbie Crichlow). Kristian does the music and Herbie sings lead.
