I think Dr luke deserves every award there is, but it looks like it was Luke Bryan that got the award, but CBS tagged Dr Luke in the tweet.

But...but......Dr. Luke's country music singing and dancing has gotten so much better--what an entertainer--and he was so humble in saying thanks....it's GOTTA be him! :-D
