Of course she will! :D
Hey, everybody. This is my first post, though I read this forum constantly as big fan of Max and swedish music at all.
Just found sample of Taking Chances.
So here it is: http://rapidshare.com/files/53997340/Taking_Chances_Preview_Clip.mp3.html
Seems like nice song, rock sound, though it feels like tune goes wrong in the middle of chorus, however it grows on me :)
Hi Out, welcome! thanks for joining
The link didn't work for me, however I'm glad you like the song.

Hi Out, welcome! thanks for joining
Thank you, Rebecca. Just found links for full version of song, Not that I liked it much. I expected much more, but it's always pleasant to listen to Celine's voice, and music is quite nice as well. It doesn't blast my brains like Tap That or U+Ur Hand, but it's just very nice.

I just edited the http:// out - turnaround
I listened to Taking Chances non-stop tonight - it's also on youtube:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ObhcSUq6ahw
I love the song
I can't wait to listen to the song. Glad you like it all, exciting to know Delta has a hit as a songwriter with our favourites!
Welcome from me too, Out. Glad you joined!
Hope you like it here!
Thank you, turnaround. I like here very much, how can I dislike site and board of the best songwriter in the world whose songs are with me from...hmm...10!!! (speaking about Sexual Revolution and first E-Type's songs of 94) :)
hehe :)
I also heard Taking Chances now, it's a nice song but I am a bit unimpressed yet.
Can't wait to hear "Eyes on you" ;D
Here is a video clip from the recording of 'Eyes On Me', the track Celine recorded with Kristian Lundin. I love it! It's a different sound from Kristian but works really well and Celine sounds absolutely amazing. The fact that Delta Goodrem apparantly co-wrote this track makes me so excited to hear her album to if this the the kind of songs we can expect.
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=duPO-3emFp4
I've included links to a number of other video clips, all from the recording of the new album. Celine's voice is sounding as good as ever. Can't wait to hear the album in full.

Also Martin Stenmarck's brother, David, has written a song for Céline on the new album - it's called "Fade Away".
Why doesn't she just move to Sweden? :P

Thank you so much for these ;D
never expected that its totally different sound, its R&B i wonder how the album would be like!!!
It's so great to see the producers in the videos.
Anders Bagge, Ben Moody, Robert Wells, John Shanks it's so exciting!!
Thanks Markus for the links
It's so great to see Kristian Lundin - I love the ponytail!. I really like Eyes on Me - a different sound
Listen to "Eyes on me" here
http://youtube.com/watch?v=fayzduf3i6U
It's such a different sound, so good for her to have it on the album.
Well done Delta, Kristian and Savan! :)
I wonder who the background singers are, maybe Anna Nordell and someone else from Cheiron too!
The background vocals are pretty typical Cheiron indeed!
don't know why , I guess I'm hearing deltas voice on the background , but really well done , BRAVO!!!!
Yess this is delta on the back!
Does anyone know who has written/produced the track Fade Away. It's fantastic, by far the best song on the album. And I would swear it sounds very very Max, particularly the chorus which just screams Mr Martin to me. Does anyone have any info? Plus what do others think, do you think it sounds like a Max track?
the Production is amazing! I Love!
I Love the Violins!:

For sure here are the credits.
And no, it's not Max, but you are right, Swedes wrote it.
David Stenmarck, Peer Astrom with Aldo Nova.
Peer wrote with Andreas Carlsson already some songs for Nick Lachey.
David Stenmarck is a very succesful songwriter who has a famous brother who already sang for Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Thanks for the info Turnaround! I loooove that track more each time I hear it.
Love Eyes On Me too, and it certainly is great to hear Delta's vocals on the track.
You can listen to all songs now here http://www.muchmusic.com/music/firstspin/celinedion
My favourites are right now "My love" and "A world to believe in"
I'm not too impressed by this album. It's a typical Celine-album though, there's a few good songs and a some crap.
"That's Just the Woman in Me" makes me wanna puke.
I have to agree.
I rather have a 11 track album with just good songs than a 17-18 track album with lots of fillers and awful songs.
I'd definitely like "One heart" more.

So I guess "Eyes On Me" is a possible single release!! :o 8)
i wonder how the video for this song will be like !!!...the musical style is different from what she used to do
maybe she will do belly dance in the video LOL
Oh that is interesting. Only Delta and Kristian singing the background vocals.
They have done a wonderful job. The vocals are very Cheiron.
Kristian just knows how to make it sound full and fantastic.
Concerning the CMK question I am not sure.
Obviously they have recorded the most of the songs in Las Vegas as Celine still works there. You can see that in the youtube videos.
But CMK, Sweden is pretty confusing then.
Anyone can look up where the Delta song by Kristian and Savan was published and produced by?

I just listened to That's Just The Woman in Me - agree, someone pass the bucket please!
Markus - agree Fade Away is quite nice
I haven't listened to the whole cd yet, my favourite is still Taking Chances and Eyes on Me
I just found out that the Japanese Bonus track "The Reason I Go On" was co produced by Kristina Lundin
it was co - produced with:
Linda Perry
Kristian Lundin
Timbaland
Anders Bagge
John Shanks
Ben Moody
David Hodges
Kara Dioguardi
Peer Astrom
R. Kelly
The-Dream
Emanuel "Eman" Kiriakou
Ne-Yo

Oh it is pretty unlikely.
I think someone just put all producers together. ;)

yes it sounded really weird to me a song would have this great deal of producers I was like NO WAY...somebody clear out please!!
Great news, Celine will release "Eyes on me" on 7th of January in the UK.
Here is the single cover.

Eyes on me is the worst kristian's song of 2007.
eyes on me is amazing!
Amazing....the westlife song's from the album FACE TO FACE? ;D
Sorry but eyes on me for me it's not a good song.
I'M ALIVE is another level!!!

agree with u...its sounds like the traditional urban music that many producers do now especially R&B and HIP HOP producers and it doesn't have any of the cheiron musical style,it sounds like beyonce ''baby boy'' featuring sean paul.
and for me this kind of music doesn't fit celine dion
wow, I quite like Eyes On Me. I don't love it, I don't think it's nearly as good as Westlife's Amazing or Celine's I'm Alive but I think it has a nice feel to it. I like that it's not a typical Celine song.
I don't think it's as bad as Beyonce's Baby Boy - I really hate that song.

Eyes On Me has that our Middle Eastern type of music I really like it...it is not a bad song at,and fro me it is better than Be My Baby comparing Max to Kristian.
My favourite song off her album is Fade Away it is so Max Martin aspired.

I agree with you love fade away and eyes on me Lundin is amazing there always something new everytime he is around..
And finally the tracklist:
1. Eyes On Me
2. Eyes On Me [Ashanti Boyz mix]
3. Eyes On Me [in-studio video]
Not a fan of remixes, but I know many people are, so this might be interesting. I wonder if there will be a real video.

I needed some time to enjoy the song, but now I especially love the great background vocals by Delta and Kristian.
Sorry nicklas but i don't like this song.

I agree, but it's SO hard to top "I'm alive"
Eyes On Me is quite nice song, but I've been expected muuuuuuuch more from Kristian+Savan, Linda Perry and Ben Moody+David Hodges. Really like Fade Away, maybe Max wasn't in the list of its authors but producers? It sounds like his song a lot.

Exactly that's what I always said,
Fade Away is very much Max Martin-Aspired track.
I agree guys....for me FADE AWAY is the best song of the album.
I repeat my opinion about Kristian lundin....for me is a sufficient songwriter.
He is overestimate from many guys of this forum.
I don't like ring my bells,worst song of 2007 by ex-cheiron guys.
He made good song only when he was co-wrote with max or andreas...
Sorry Guys,don't Hate me.
Here is a great live version of "Eyes on me"
http://youtube.com/watch?v=kTbbm-nSgH8
Enjoy!!
Thanks Turnaround, I just watched it.
I liked it when the dancer took off Celine's skirt and started dancing with it!
I love this live version!!! Like you, my fave tracks are Eyes on me and Fade away, with a prefence to the second one! fade away's chorus is so powerful...
I saw at the very beginning of the thread that there was a clip of Kristian recording Eyes on me with Celine. Unfortunately the link has been cancelled by BMG on youtube... Anybody capped it or has a new link?
Thanks for your help, i would LOVE to see that!!!

lol, no what i mean by live is actually a performance on TV...no big deal ;)
too bad to see that Eyes On Me was actually a wasted single in the UK...Celine didn't really give a damn about the song, she didn't shoot a video or even did a decent CD single.
the song is a s wasted as any other great pop song!!
Did it even enter the charts in the UK?
I can't understand why they released it without any promotion?
It's also the second single in the US and Canada.
In Europe "Alone" is the next single, and in Japan "A world to believe in".
Doesn't really make sense, I think they really have no clue what to do.

As feelgood lies has said it entered at 114 , and I really didn't get why they are releasing different singles at the same time ??? , Wasted Song
I think the album is quite poor and the choice of singles confirms it.
I have no clues which criteria they have in record companies but their choices have often been lousy recently: after the BSB, Britney, now Celine.... ::)

agree with u, the choices of the producers by the record companies have been bad lately for Britney and celine dion, but i think the choices were good for BSB even for the last album ''unbreakable'' ,its good that they r not affected by any other musical styles that might not be suitable for them.
goodness, I thought "Eyes on Me" was released ages ago. oh well, maybe they'll be some promotion!
