Really enjoyed reading it and I even could relate in spots!

It's good that you wanna start creating own songs also with a partner or a team but your musical and technical knowledge seems to be quite limited judging by listening to your remixes. It takes a lot of time to get on a certain level. So keep practicing and never lose your faith!
