The doctor goes to Korea! Huge developments since my last post. It's looking like there's an arrangement with Teddy of South Korea's label TBL. We have collabs with TBL's BLACKPINK, MEOVV, and Taeyang (formerly of Big Bang). Some new Shelailai, Lourdiz, Big Boss Vette, a collab with a new Amigos member Senseless Optimism, and a couple one-offs. EJAE of HUNTR/X from K-pop Demon Hunters is signed to Prescription Songs and has a co-write credit alongside Dr. Luke and Theron Thomas on BLACKPINK's song Champion. There's a new Lu Kala song coming this Friday, July 10th, called G.Y.M. which sounds like a Dr. Luke/Vaughn Oliver track. I'm loving all the action!!! Lots of solo production credits from Luke too. I feel like he's trying to make a point. Couldn't be happier with the increased output.

I don't even know where to begin. 2026 has exceeded my expectations by a million miles. After all the backlash from 143 I was really worried this might be the end. The BLACKPINK songs changed everything. The standouts for me are the TBL tracks Champion, Me and my, Hit Em, Would You, In my hands. I like BOOM, UP, To Luv Ya, Pickup, and No Touchy a lot too. Excited for the new Lu Kala this Friday. I have a good feeling about that one. Wow, what a year. The cherry on top: Party in the USA is projected to debut in the top 40 after being played during the grand finale of the record-breaking firework show on the National Mall for America's 250th birthday.
